The Network is KDCCI’s Diversity and Inclusion program, designed to support a stronger, safer and more inclusive Pilbara business community. The program brings together businesses, industry, community organisations and local leaders to build awareness, strengthen capability and encourage respectful workplaces where people feel valued and included.
Through workshops, events and community-led initiatives, The Network supports underrepresented groups, promotes inclusive leadership and helps local businesses better understand the value of diversity, equity and belonging. By supporting inclusive business practices, we contribute to stronger workplaces, improved wellbeing and broader community participation across the region.

Pilbara Women in Business supports women across the region to connect, build confidence, share knowledge and strengthen leadership. The program helps create opportunities for women in business to grow professionally, form meaningful networks and contribute to a more diverse regional economy.
Multicultural Connection
KDCCI supports multicultural connection through events and partnerships that celebrate the diverse cultures, stories and contributions that strengthen the Pilbara community. In collaboration with the Northwest Multicultural Association, KDCCI supports market day opportunities aligned with the NWMA Multicultural Festival.
