Fuel Cost Relief for Businesses

Rising fuel costs continue to place pressure on businesses across the Pilbara. In response, the Australian Government and the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) are offering temporary relief measures to support small businesses managing increased operating costs.

Available support may include:

• Flexible payment plans
• Possible remission of interest and penalties
• Adjustments to PAYG instalments where income has been impacted

These measures are available until 30 June 2026 and are designed to provide businesses with greater flexibility during this period of economic pressure.
